EPBCS Developer / Support

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced EPBCS Developer / Support professional with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Oracle EPM technologies.

The role will support the implementation, administration, development, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and other business stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Oracle EPBCS applications.
• Perform Oracle EPBCS administration, application maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Develop and maintain Essbase cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, calculations, and related EPM components.
• Support multidimensional modeling and cube design based on business and reporting requirements.
• Assist in migrating and modernizing existing Oracle Essbase applications to Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Work with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and business users to understand planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot data integration, calculation, application, and performance issues.
• Support application enhancements, configurations, and technical changes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design documents, configuration guides, and support procedures.
• Participate in testing, deployment, migration, and release activities.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and business teams to deliver Oracle EPM solutions.
• Support continuous improvement and modernization of Oracle EPM applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS implementation and administration.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Essbase architecture, multidimensional modeling, and cube design.
• Experience migrating or modernizing Essbase applications to Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, or Financial Reporting functions.
• Strong understanding of data integration processes.
• Experience with Oracle SaaS technical configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of Oracle SaaS functional architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
