EPC Contracting Manager

该职位来源于猎聘  Lead, centralize and coordinate the department resources (Costing, Procurement, Local Content and Contracting) to provide the best and most competitive EPC solution (including OEM evaluation and selection) for all projects under development in China.

 Review and challenge the work generated by different workstreams and functions within the department and cross challenge them to find synergies and generate value.

 Engage with other departments and functions, and coordinate all actions needed for the successful structuring of the most competitive and compliant EPC solution.  Support the BD team in engaging with other departments to provide a single and unified solution for each project of the EPC package. Ensure such a solution is fully compliant with our expectations and highly competitive.

 Conceive strategies and initiatives to enhance competitiveness on bids under preparation. Replicate and improve processes, and ensure learnings are applied from one project to the next one and across regions.  Support the bid managers to ensure the EPC package is fully ready to be executed in accordance with the time schedule to reach financial close in due time.
