Epic Analyst

Technical Skills

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Epic design, build, configuration, testing
• Strong understanding of ITSM and Change management process

Behavioral Skills

• Leads or actively participates in client/SME discussions
• Independently gathers requirements and designs workflows
• Strong understanding of end-to-end workflows and system impact
• Supports upgrades, enhancements, optimization initiatives
• Able to own documentation, testing scripts, and support activities
• Troubleshoots issues and proposes scalable solutions
• Owns/leads projects/workstreams (not just tasks)
• Able to independently lead design workshops with client stakeholders (Solution Architect)
• Mentors junior team members
• Communicates effectively with technical & business stakeholders
• Available for on-call support over weekends and off-hours on weekdays as required (might be minimal) Role & responsibilities
