Epic Billing Queue Management Technician

Job Summary Seeking an experienced Epic Billing Queue Management Technician to manage billing queues, review claims, resolve denials, correct billing errors, and support revenue cycle operations using Epic Resolute.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2+ years of medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on Epic Resolute HB/PB billing queue experience.
• Knowledge of UB-04, CMS-1500, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and revenue codes.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and managed care.

Preferred: Epic Resolute training/certification, payer portal experience, Pharmacy Technician certification, and CRCR/CPB certification.
