Epic BMDI Analyst

Role: Epic BMDI Analyst

Focus: Bedside Medical Device Integration

Must Have

• Hands-on experience with Epic BMDI (Bedside Medical Device Integration)
• Experience integrating medical/clinical devices with Epic EHR
• Strong understanding of medical device connectivity and data flow
• Experience with BMDI configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support
• Knowledge of patient monitoring and bedside device workflows
• Experience working with clinical, technical, and vendor teams
• Healthcare IT / hospital environment experience
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or production environments
• Epic BMDI certification - Must Have
• Epic Bridges / HL7 experience
• Experience with interface engines such as Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, or Mirth
• TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
• Experience with patient monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, and other bedside devices
• Epic implementation or go-live experience
