EPIC Configuration Analyst - Expert

For our client, we are seeking a EPIC Configuration Analyst - Expert to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will support application stability and improvement efforts within a healthcare environment, with a strong focus on resolving incidents and enabling enhancements across critical systems. You will partner closely with technical and operational stakeholders to maintain configuration integrity, support upgrades and projects, and help ensure effective application performance. The position also includes mentoring other analysts and contributing to disciplined team practices in a remote setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,152 – $175,718 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required
• Perform analysis to resolve application incidents and collaborate on enhancements, upgrades, and projects
• Develop and maintain requirements and test cases for new or enhanced functionality
• Modify application records and master files to support application changes
• Implement changes using documented procedures compliant with departmental policies
• Actively participate in team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting records
• Mentor and guide other analysts, tailoring support to individual needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience
• 3 years of application-specific experience
• 6 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Certified in supporting the application plus additional proficiency, certification, or badges in a related application area
