• Epic ClinDoc certification is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Epic Analyst supporting clinical applications.
• Proven experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and system optimizations.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, documentation processes, and healthcare operations.
• Experience with Epic ClinDoc build, configuration, and application support activities.
• Hands-on experience performing system testing, validation, and quality assurance for Epic solutions.
• Experience supporting Epic deployments, go-lives, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support for Epic applications.
• Experience collaborating with clinical users, physicians, nurses, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Epic change management processes and application lifecycle support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
