KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as an Epic SME and collaborate with multiple teams
- Lead application support activities and contribute to team decisions
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
- Provide solutions across immediate and cross-functional teams
- Improve system performance, stability and reliability
- Manage incidents and support critical enterprise applications
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders
- Document troubleshooting solutions and maintain knowledge bases
- Drive knowledge sharing and mentor team members
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence
