Epicor Support Analyst

We are looking for an Epicor Support Analyst to serve as a key resource for business teams using the Epicor Kinetic environment in Irvine, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can connect technical system knowledge with day-to-day operational needs, especially across finance, operations, and sales. The role focuses on resolving user challenges, clarifying system capabilities, and turning business requests into practical ERP enhancements. You will also contribute to reporting support, integration improvements, and ongoing platform optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with finance, operations, and sales teams to support Epicor Kinetic processes from customer and account setup through order processing and related downstream activities.

• Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and provide clear guidance to users on effective use of Epicor Kinetic features and workflows.

• Meet with executives and business stakeholders to capture needs, clarify priorities, and translate operational goals into system-related solutions.

• Assist users with reporting needs by helping them access, interpret, and work with Epicor data for business decision-making.

• Contribute to enhancements involving the Epicor and Salesforce connection, including support for integration processes managed through Boomi.

• Support ERP updates and version-related activities within the Epicor Kinetic environment while helping users adapt to changes.

• Provide assistance with subscription billing processes and related workflow configuration or issue resolution.

• Communicate with both leadership and end users in a patient, attentive manner that builds trust and improves adoption.

• Recommend practical process or system improvements based on recurring user issues, cross-functional feedback, and business requirements.

• Hands-on experience supporting Epicor Kinetic in a business-facing capacity.

• Strong understanding of finance and operations workflows within an ERP environment.

• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, including account setup, order entry, and downstream operational activities.

• Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze problems, and troubleshoot application issues effectively.

• Experience supporting ERP reporting and helping users work with business data.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives and daily system users.

• Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic 22.1, Salesforce and Boomi integrations, subscription billing, Tableau, or ERP upgrade support is preferred.

• Ability to balance technical problem-solving with a customer-focused, approachable support style.
