EPM Cloud Training Practitioner

**12 month contract role - Based in Pretoria**

Objectives of this Scope of Work

To design and implement appropriate training programmes and solutions for specific change

projects and programmes, and/or business change to ensure provision of quality training to drive performance improvement and adoption and utilisation.

Scope of Services Definition

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

• To conduct needs analysis in order to develop training approaches, strategies, implement

training plans and evaluate and track performance;

• To develop and implement instructionally sound training approaches, strategies, methodologies

(e.g. e-learning, hybrid training, digital etc.) training plans and programme for specific change

projects and programmes, and/or business change to achieve objectives thereof;

• To diagnose and recommend training solutions based on business, project objectives and

initiatives as well as current training best practices;

• To develop and/or facilitate the development and implementation of training content and

material, and align digital learning applied to specific change projects and programmes to the

Digital Learning Strategy

• To review, align and customise externally developed training content and material, including

digital content to the set standards;

• To assess training delivered, identify training gaps, recommend and implement appropriate

interventions;

• To contribute to the development and communication of training standards and take

responsibility for the maintenance thereof;

• To develop and implement effective assessment surveys and questions to assess training

success on projects;

• To schedule and arrange logistics around training solutions and learning assessment activities

which includes – people, venues and ordering/ sourcing of material;

• To manage effective client service and relations for client satisfaction through the creation and

management of Operational Level Agreements (OLA’s);

• To manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and partner with relevant internal

stakeholders, the Academy digital learning team, learning and development consultants

and business leads to ensure long term sustainability and adoption of change;

• To contribute to continuous improvement in work processes, schedules and the standard

operating procedures and systems

1. Formal Qualifications/Experience:

• A minimum of B degree in (education, business, journalism, training, systems /e-learning) OR equivalent.
• A minimum of 5-7 years in a training/project environment
