Lead Installer — Epoxy Flooring & Garage Cabinetry

Greater Austin & Southwest Austin

We’re hiring an experienced Lead Installer to lead a crew and deliver quality epoxy flooring and garage cabinetry installations. We need someone who takes ownership of the job, keeps the crew productive, and gets the details right.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily jobsite operations and assign work to the installation crew.
• Prepare concrete surfaces, including grinding, crack repair, and patching.
• Install epoxy and other floor coating systems according to product specifications.
• Install garage cabinets and storage systems accurately and securely.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment so jobs stay on schedule.
• Inspect finished work and resolve issues before customer walkthroughs.
• Communicate job progress and concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

Requirements

• Previous professional floor coating installation experience required.
• Experience leading a crew or managing installation jobs.
• Working knowledge of concrete preparation, coating application, and common installation problems.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical installation work and operate jobsite equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobs throughout Greater Austin and Southwest Austin.
• Good driving record

Garage cabinetry installation experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
