Epoxy Foxy Inc. is a licensed and growing concrete coatings company serving the Bay Area. We specialize in high-performance residential and commercial flooring systems including urethane cement, polished concrete, grind & seal, epoxy, and specialty decorative finishes.

We are looking for a motivated Epoxy Flooring Installer / Concrete Coatings Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with epoxy flooring, concrete preparation, and coating applications, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete grinding and surface preparation
• Install epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative flake flooring systems
• Mix and apply coatings according to manufacturer specifications
• Repair cracks and prepare concrete surfaces
• Broadcast decorative flake systems and apply topcoats
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Safely operate equipment such as floor grinders, vacuums, and hand tools
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and job setup
• Deliver professional service when interacting with customers

Technical Responsibilities

• Troweled cove base installation
• Urethane Cement (UC Cement) systems
• Polished concrete systems
• Grind and Seal systems
• Marble / metallic epoxy floor systems
• Surface prep, crack repair, moisture mitigation
• Operate concrete grinders, buffers, and HEPA vacuums
• Diagnose and troubleshoot coating failures

Requirements

• Strong experience in concrete coatings or related trade
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Able to operate heavy grinding equipment safely
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Must be able to work until job completion (overtime required, sometimes without advance notice)
• Professional communication skills
• No drugs. No alcohol. Must be fit for duty at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
