  • Drive EHS governance, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, audits, inspections, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs to ensure effective risk mitigation and operational excellence.
  • Support project teams throughout project lifecycles by defining EHS requirements, providing governance for high-risk activities, contractor management, and emergency preparedness.
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons-learned sharing to strengthen organizational learning and improve EHS performance.

  • Utilize data analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled insights to enhance risk identification, reporting efficiency, and management decision-making.
  • Promote quality awareness, documentation discipline, non-conformance follow-up, corrective action tracking, and lessons-learned sharing while coordinating with quality experts and business owners.
  • Serve as the EQS focal point across service operations, communicating risks, performance, compliance requirements, and improvement opportunities to management and stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; quality-related qualifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant EHS experience within service operations, project environments, industrial operations, or engineering businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese EHS legislation, compliance management, risk control, incident investigation, audits, assurance activities, and CAPA processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems; basic knowledge of ISO 9001 is required.

  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate EHS trends and quality-governance insights into practical business actions.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, reporting systems, and data analytics tools; experience with Enablon is highly desirable.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
