Equipment and Logistics Associate

Key Roles

• Manage the distribution, utilization, and movement of construction equipment and vehicles across multiple project sites.
• Monitor equipment availability, performance, utilization, and downtime to support efficient project operations.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime.
• Review and validate repair scopes, quotations, and schedules, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with mechanics, service providers, and suppliers for inspections, repairs, and parts procurement.
• Ensure all equipment and logistics activities comply with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, repairs, and logistics activities.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance, risks, downtime, and logistics concerns, and escalate significant issues to management.
• Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, logistics planning, and resource allocation.
• Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• With 1–2 years of relevant experience in equipment management and utilization, logistics operations, amd preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
