About the role

As an Equipment and Process Engineer (Fresh Graduates) at TF AMD MICROELECTRONICS (PENANG) SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in supporting the production and manufacturing processes within the facility in Batu Kawan, Penang. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of microelectronics manufacturing.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and processes
2. Monitoring and optimising production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues
4. Conducting data analysis and providing recommendations for process improvements
5. Participating in the implementation of new technologies and equipment
6. Contributing to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
7. Providing technical support and training to production staff

What we're looking for

1. Fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly

6. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and control systems

Key Areas Involved:

• Photolithography; or
• Sputtering / Electroplating / Etching; or
• Yield / SPC improvement; or
• Grinding / Dicing; or
• FCBGA / COW
