Allen Blasting and Coating is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Shop Technician to join our team in Fremont, Nebraska.

What You'll Do

As a Shop Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting our field crews by helping keep our equipment, tools, and shop operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Equipment & Shop
• Receive, inspect, clean and maintain tools and equipment
• Keep the shop clean, organized and safe
• Inventory
• Track equipment and inventory
• Order and organize inventory
• Support
• Load and unload trailers and materials
• Pick up and deliver materials from vendors and job sites
• Occasional travel, which may include rare overnight stays

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Mechanical experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Safety-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
• Flexible and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
