Equipment Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment and related production systems.

• Work with internal teams to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and general operational readiness.

• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, and routine technical follow-up.

• Participate in improvement projects related to production efficiency, safety, and equipment performance.

• Support compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and general engineering standards.

Requirements

• Significant and contemporary experience in / exposure to large-scale power lithium-ion battery manufacturing enterprises.

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, materials, science, or another relevant technical discipline.

• Relevant hands-on experience in equipment, engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations.

• Ability to understand technical systems and work with cross-functional teams in a production-oriented environment.

• Good problem-solving, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
