• Have the optics device maintenance and repair experiences for 5-8 years.
• Special Skills:
• Master machanical and electric of the device work principle..
• Skilled office software and equipment database.
• Familiar with autocad or solidwork applicantion software
• Competencies: Refer to II-VI Competency Library 1、 have clearer logical thinking and the device fault judgement; 2、 Must have knowledge of professional electrical and mechanical equipment; 3、 has the team cooperation, customer first service tenet; 4、Work with the positive initiative safety and environmental protection consciousness; Job Element Wt % Specific Duty 1) Device repair and maintenance 40% A) Monthly equipment availability need meet the requirements of the KPI values. B) Monthly equipment failure time need meet the requirements of the KPI values. C) Monthly equipment maintenance rate need meet the requirements of the KPI values. D) Repaired report that the technician have seviced the failure device need meet the requirements of the KPI values 2) Solving workshop feedback and exception handling problem. 20% A) The problem of production capacity feedbacked by workshop that should be solved in time by equipment techincian.. B) cooperate with the workshop to solve product and quality problems caused by equipment. C) solve the problem of equipment unsafe. D) solve the problem of QA audit needs to be improved. 3) New Device installing, debugging ,Acceptance check. 15% A) Organize to move new equipment proper location and then arrange technician provide the new equipment that demand water,electric,gas etc. B) Cooperate with manufacturers on the performance of the new equipment and production debugging. C) The equipment engineer to set up SOP for new equipment maintenance and operation. D) launch the new equipment acceptance check report. 4) The device performance and safety improvement 15% A) The equipment engineer must submit a report of potential safety concerns at monthly. B) The equipment engineer must submit 2 pieces of improved report at monthly. C)The equipment engineer must submit an engineering improving report every year. 5) The device failure data analysis and work report etc. 10% A) The equipment engineer should analyze the equipment failure time every quarter, and put forward the improvement report. B）Modify the maintenance content and plans, implement equipment maintenance target. D)submit a report on work daily.
