What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure all production equipment and machines are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition
- Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Support equipment improvement and upgrade activities to enhance performance and reliability
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation, or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with production equipment, assembly machines, or automated systems
- Basic knowledge of PLC, control systems, or equipment troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
