What they need
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.
Must be Registered Mechanical Engineer with active PRC License.
Can work with minimum supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Attends to all facility and machine related concerns.
Preparation of the maintenance plans, forms and checklists for facilities and machineries.
Requisition, monitoring and issuance of spare parts and necessary tools needed for repairs and maintenance.
Looking after contractual services of the supplier for facilities renovation works and machine repairs.
Ensures all Facilities and Machine Maintenance documents are up to date.
Monitor permits to operate with DOLE and PEZA.
