Equipment Engineer

About the Role

Guildhall is hiring for a global state-backed main contractor delivering heavy civil infrastructure across the GCC, currently mobilising for a large-scale airport expansion in Dubai. The Equipment Engineer will own plant and equipment logistics for the substructure phase sourcing, inspecting and tracking owned and rented machinery across a live site. The project is ramping up now and the client needs someone in place immediately, not after a long notice period. It's a chance to run equipment operations on one of the region's largest live infrastructure builds.

The role

• Source equipment to meet live project requirements on an airport construction site
• Inspect and formally accept equipment on arrival at site
• Monitor and manage equipment condition and usage throughout the project
• Coordinate directly with equipment rental companies on availability and logistics
• Manage both company-owned and rented fleet day to day
