3. Job Purpose

Responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment to ensure stable machine performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall production efficiency.

4. Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and inspect production machines and equipment performance
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Support production teams in resolving equipment-related issues during shifts
• Participate in equipment improvement activities to increase efficiency (OEE) and reduce downtime and defects
• Collaborate with process/production teams to optimize machine operation and workflow
• Record and report equipment status, breakdowns, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S standards in the workplace

5. Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing environment (plastic industry is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems; PLC knowledge is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in shifts if required
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under production pressure
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to Vietnam for training for a period 1 - 2 years return to Thailand Factory Working
