What they need
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cupang.
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Wirebond machine repair
- Wirebond machine setup
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of wirebond equipment
Experience with the following machines is highly preferred:
- KNS
- ICONN
- ASM
Full-Time position(s) available.
