Equipment Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

1.Assist in planning and tracking the procurement and engineering changes of production equipment, molds, and spare parts.

2.Manage equipment 5S and safety protocols.

3.Improve and enhance product quality yields.

4.Develop and revise equipment operation and maintenance manuals; standardize maintenance and repair procedures.

5.Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) to develop technical knowledge and engineering competencies.

6.Support equipment performance improvement, technical innovation, and productivity enhancement.

7.Participate in cost reduction and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives.

8.Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures under the guidance of senior engineers.

9.Support customer complaint investigations and corrective actions.

10.Support cross-functional projects and new product/customer introduction activities.

11.Complete all assignments from management in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner.
