Equipment Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement actions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they occur.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Omron) systems, automation equipment, motors, sensors, and industrial control systems is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
