Equipment Maintenance Technician

Overview: The position entails repairing and maintaining surface prep and concrete grinding/polishing equipment. For more information on the equipment lines we sell and repair, please visit our website www.niagaramachine.com.

Tasks:

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems with equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Check in rental fleet machines for damage or missing items
• Discuss repairs with customers in person and over the phone
• Provide over the phone technical assistance
• Track inventory of products
• Assist with warehouse responsibilities including receiving and sending pallets
• Help customers select the right products for specific applications

Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone who is experienced with repairing mechanical and electrical components on machines, can multi-tasks, is a team player, and has a good work ethic.
