Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

Responsible for themaintaining and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure efficient production processes. They work closely with engineers and other production staff to maintain product quality, meet production goals, and uphold safety standards

.Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Assist in equipment setup and calibration for production runs.
• Process Improvement & Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies or defects.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve production techniques.
• Suggest modifications to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in safety training and report hazards or incidents.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of Technical Course
• Electro-Mechanic Technology, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical,
• Basic Circuit Diagram
• Troubleshooting, technical writing, oral, and written communication skills.
• Availability to work extended hours or rest days/ holidays.
• With 6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing equipment & machineries operation, maintenance and repair;
• Candidates must have a strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision;
• Must possess good interpersonal skills; and
