Equipment Mechanic

Community Development Director directs all activities and operations of the department. This is accomplished by developing and administering policies and procedures for divisions which include building services, planning and zoning, economic development, and redevelopment, preparing and presenting budgets, conferring with individuals, citizen groups, business organizations, consultants, and related contracts, ensuring completion of short and long term goals.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree preferred. Seven years experience in Community Development or related field required.
