Equipment Operations Office Administrator

We are looking for an organized, dependable person with experience in marine construction, heavy equipment rental, equipment repair, or a similar operation. This position works closely with field employees, mechanics, supervisors, vendors, and customers in a busy office environment

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing field timecards daily
• Assigning labor hours to the correct jobs, cost codes, and equipment
• Submitting completed time information to payroll
• Answering phones and assisting employees, customers, and vendors
• Learn how to create a purchase order and work orders in Managers Plus
• Helping source and order parts and supplies
• Following up on deliveries
• Providing office coverage when coworkers are absent
• Assisting with emails, filing, data entry, and other daily operational needs

Skills

The ideal candidate should be familiar with equipment terminology, parts, work orders, purchase orders, and timecards. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to meet daily deadlines are important. Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and office software is required; Managers Plus experience is a plus

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
