Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while assisting with sitework, excavation, grading, drainage, and general construction projects throughout the DFW area.

Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, dozers, loaders, and other construction equipment
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow project plans, grade stakes, and instructions from the Project Manager or Superintendent
• Load, unload, and safely transport materials around the jobsite
• Assist with general labor when equipment is not being operated
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous heavy-equipment operating experience required
• Experience with skid steers, mini excavators, and dozers preferred
• Ability to grade accurately and work around utilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• CDL is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed

Pay: Based on experience

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
