Equipment Operator - Construction

Growing construction services company looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team operating specialized equipment throughout Eastern Iowa.

This is a hands-on position involving driving, equipment operation, and outdoor work at construction and residential job sites. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized construction equipment
• Transport equipment between job sites
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Communicate with dispatch and field staff
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL Class A required
• Experience with trailers, construction equipment, or diesel machinery is a plus
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with physical work and long days when needed

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
