 We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role ensures rental equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for customer use, playing a key part in delivering an outstanding rental experience.

 This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is eager to learn and grow. We provide training and support; we’re looking for team members with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners

• Operate equipment for loading and unloading for customers, internal drivers, and outside haulers

• Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Explain safe operating procedures of equipment to customers.

• Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is safe and in proper working condition

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard, storage areas, and workspaces

• Clean and maintain the appearance of equipment

• Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment or facility

• Complete inspection checklists and report issues to the Store Manager

• Inspect returned equipment for damage, missing parts, or maintenance needs

• Secure equipment to prevent accidents, hazards, or unauthorized use

• Support team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license required; Chauffeur license preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills

• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other yard equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle equipment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
