Equipment Supervisor

• Education: Technical diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field). A PRC mechanical engineering license may be preferred in certain industries like construction.
• Experience: Hands-on background in troubleshooting heavy machinery, manufacturing tools, or fleet assets, combined with prior supervisory experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Operations and Dispatch: Manage day-to-day equipment deployment, scheduling, and utilization across projects or facility areas.
• Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic systems.
• Team Supervision: Lead, coach, and schedule technicians, mechanics, or craft workers.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce local and international safety standards (such as OSHA or local EHS guidelines), conduct inspections, and ensure equipment certificates or operator competencies are up to date.
• Record Keeping: Track equipment lifecycle status, log repair histories, manage spare parts inventories, and prepare utilization reports.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external suppliers, service providers, and contractors for major repairs, parts ordering, or equipment upgrades

Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, and familiarity with safety regulations.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
