What they need
1. Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal, work efficiency is 10% higher than technician 1 with same condition.
2. Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
3. Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
4. Perform PM / CAL of production equipment and equipment’s tooling.
5. Provide technical support / solutions to resolve equipment and hardware related issues.
6. Conduct Training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.
- Familiar in preventive maintenance (PM) machine.
- Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
- Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor and Equipment Manager.
Job Qualifications:
1. Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.
2. Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.
- Diploma and major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics.
- Minimum 3 years’ industrial experience with equipment maintenance experience.
