Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to support the maintenance and reliable operation of photomask manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment recovery, and supporting safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on photomask manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment abnormalities and carry out first-line repair and recovery.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.

Equipment Maintenance & Technical Support

• Support installation, setup, testing, and qualification of new equipment.
• Assist with equipment improvement and reliability activities.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors or service providers when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate equipment maintenance and repair records.
• Record equipment downtime and outstanding technical issues.
• Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance procedures.

Safety & Cleanroom Compliance

• Follow all EHS regulations, cleanroom protocols, and safety procedures.
• Properly handle chemicals, gases, tools, and equipment-related materials.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards within the work area.

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing industries.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Certificate of attendance for ERT courses such as “Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency” or “Occupational First Aid” is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Rotating shifts (12-hour shifts, depending on operational requirements).
• Work in a Class 100/Class 1 cleanroom environment.
• Handling precision products and operating sensitive manufacturing equipment.
• May include weekends, public holidays, night shifts, and overtime as required.
