Equipment Technician (Electronics/Semiconductor Equipment)

• Position: Equipment Technician (Electronics / Semiconductor)
• Location: Buroh Street – Company Transport Pickup at Boon Lay MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2,500–S$3,500 Basic Monthly + Overtime Pay + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electronics / Semiconductor Equipment

Main Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate optical, electronic and electro-mechanical equipment according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform basic electrical wiring, equipment assembly and functional checks.
• Assist with equipment installation, preventive maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
• Identify assembly defects and equipment abnormalities and escalate technical issues where necessary.
• Operate production tools and equipment safely while maintaining accurate records.
• Support equipment testing, quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in equipment assembly, electrical wiring, maintenance or servicing.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems and equipment troubleshooting.
• Able to read engineering drawings and follow technical work instructions.
• Experience with PCB or semiconductor equipment will be an advantage.
