Equities Research internship

Key Responsibilities:

·         Fundamental Research: Support research analysts in conducting in-depth fundamental research and producing high-quality reports, with a primary focus on Crypto, AI, and Web3/Internet companies.

·         Financial Modeling: Assist in building, updating, and maintaining financial models and valuation frameworks.

·         Data & Market Intelligence: Maintain industry databases, track key sector metrics, and systematically collect and synthesize sector-specific news and trends.

·         Ad-hoc Support: Execute other research-related tasks and projects as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications Required:

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.

·         Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.

·         Technical Skills: Solid foundation in accounting principles and hands-on financial modeling capability.

·         AI Tool Proficiency: Proficient in leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate market research, automate data synthesis, and optimize research workflows.

·         Soft Skills: Highly proactive and self-motivated learner with a strong attention to detail, a collaborative team mentality, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
