Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth, and timely analysis of listed companies, including their underlying business, financial performance, management quality, and competitive advantages.
• Undertake comprehensive supply chain research to understand businesses beyond the numbers and determine their intrinsic values.
• Develop financial models and valuations, critically assess assumptions and identify factors that could affect investment conclusions.
• Monitor company and industry developments and provide prompt, precise and well-supported opinions on specific stocks when requested.
• Analyse market, economic and political developments and assess their implications for companies and investment opportunities.
• Generate and present stock selection ideas to Fund Managers, supported by clear investment rationale, valuations and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Cybersecurity, Economics or Philosophy, with a minimum CGPA of 3.60/4.00.
• A Master or PhD qualification is preferred.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong character – work hard, work smart.
• Excellent written and spoken communications skill in English and Mandarin.
• All Equity Analysts will need to obtain the necessary regulatory licences.
