Job Title : Business Manager - Equity BusinessExperience : 2 to 5 YearsLocation : MumbaiRoles & Responsibilities

• Support the Equity Business and collaborate with senior management on business strategy and growth opportunities.
• Prepare management presentations, business reports, and performance insights.
• Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Trading, and Business Management teams.
• Understand equity products, business lines, operating models, and infrastructure requirements.
• Support lateral hiring initiatives and business requirements across teams.
• Analyse business performance, balance sheets, and financial risks to support decision-making.

Requisites

• MBA from a Tier-1 business school, preferably IIM or equivalent.
• Experience in Business Management, preferably within Equity or Trading businesses.
• Strong understanding of equity products, financial markets, and business operations.
• Knowledge of Finance, Risk, Trading, balance sheets, and financial risk.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Experience with global financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Barclays, JPMorgan, UBS, or Credit Suisse is preferred.
