Trade Support / Middle Office – Equity Derivatives

Responsibilities

• Book and modify trade tickets in Front Office (FO) systems as needed.
• Assist in calculating and amending performance and financing tickets for settlements.
• Book corporate actions and process expiries and other trade lifecycle events.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies by coordinating with local and global teams on behalf of the Front Office.
• Assist Market Risk in investigating and resolving P&L breaks.
• Provide ongoing support to traders and sales staff.
• Maintain and update operational metrics.
• Ensure procedures are current and consistently followed, leveraging available resources to maintain efficient control processes that meet the needs of clients and business partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of Trade Support or Middle Office experience.
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives markets and products.
• Comprehensive understanding of trade lifecycles and end-to-end settlement processes across various fixed income products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively and promptly with counterparties and trading desks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sophis.
• Knowledge of the Summit application.
