Equity Intern Position- Paid!

Graceful Therapy, a well established private practice in Oswego and Aurora, IL, is looking for a full-time psychotherapist to join our practice.

We're deeply committed to enhancing access to mental health care within Black/African Ancestry communities. Currently, only a small fraction of mental health professionals are from Black/African Ancestry communities, highlighting the critical necessity for a more inclusive approach. Recognizing the urgent need to diversify the mental health workforce, we're inspired to create more opportunities to bridge this gap. Therefore, we are offering a paid internship to one graduate student per year. This intern should be enrolled in a Master’s program in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields. This position will last 3-6 Months, aligning with the school terms the student is enrolled in their Masters level practicum or internship course

Compensation:

This is a paid internship position, with a competitive hourly rate of $20 per client hour.
