Equity Relationship Manager

Position: Equity Relationship Manager ( Patna , Jalna & Chh. Sambhajinagar)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and generate brokerage revenue.

• Manage and maintain existing client relationships.

• Provide market updates, stock ideas, and trading support.

• Increase client trading activity and business.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients.

• Coordinate with Research, RMS, Operations, and Back Office teams.

• Resolve client queries and ensure quality service.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Brokerage / Revenue Generation.

• New Client Acquisition

• Client Activation & Retention

• Trading Volume

• Lead Conversion

• Cross-Selling.

• Monthly / Quarterly Target Achievement.

• Client Satisfaction.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

• Good knowledge of Equity Markets and Trading.

• Knowledge of Demat, Trading Accounts, Equity & basic F&O.

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Good client relationship management skills.

• NISM certification preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

• 15 years of experience in Equity Broking / Stock Broking / Financial Services.
