We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst with 4+ years of experience in the capital markets domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial markets. This role involves generating insightful content, conducting thorough research, and publishing reports that guide investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of companies in various sectors.
• Generate high-quality research reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform analysis.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and investment teams to develop investment theses.
• Present findings and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain and update financial models, including forecasts and sensitivity analyses.
• Ensure timely publication of research reports and maintain adherence to compliance standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related role.
• Research analyst license (e.g., Series 86/87 or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
