Our client is a fast-growing AI-driven investment research company serving global public equity markets. The team comprises professionals from leading AI companies and global hedge funds and is building next-generation AI Agents and infrastructure for fundamental investment research.

The company has achieved multi-million USD ARR, serves hedge fund clients across the U.S., Hong Kong and Singapore, and is backed by leading USD venture capital funds.

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for talented Research Analysts to join their independent research team.

This is a unique opportunity for analysts who want to combine deep fundamental investment research with AI, while helping shape the next generation of buy-side research tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent, deep-dive fundamental equity research and produce high-quality research reports.
• Develop and maintain detailed company and industry financial models.
• Form independent investment views based on fundamental and industry analysis.
• Build and maintain proprietary fundamental research databases.
• Communicate research findings and investment views to institutional research clients globally.
• Work closely with the technology/product team and contribute directly to the development of AI Agent products for equity research.
• Explore how AI can improve research workflows, data analysis and investment decision-making.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–6 years of relevant research experience from the buy-side, sell-side or consulting environment.

• Strong sector coverage experience. Current areas of interest include:
  Healthcare / Biotech and Software / SaaS.

• Strong fundamental research, financial analysis and financial modelling capabilities.

• Ability to develop independent investment views and investment theses.

• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into the research workflow.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Self-driven, analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

• A strong personal investment track record would be advantageous.
