Hiring: Equity Research Associate Institutional Desk (Sell Side)

We are hiring for a Leading Institutional Broking Firm looking to add a dynamic Equity Research Associate to its Institutional Research team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about Indian equity markets and fundamental research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Lead Analyst(s) in covering Indian listed companies across sectors
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks
• Conduct in-depth fundamental research, industry analysis, and peer benchmarking
• Assist in preparing research reports, earnings updates, and thematic notes
• Track quarterly results, management commentary, and key sector developments
• Participate in management meetings, concalls, and investor interactions
• Maintain databases, financial projections, and research trackers

Desired Profile:

• 1–4 years of experience in Equity Research (Sell Side preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
• Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel
• CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced institutional setup
