Equity Sales

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationship with existing clients, both long-only and hedge fund, and also develop new business opportunities with further expanding clientele strategically
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company objective
• IPOs selling with existing pool of clients who actively engage in new issue placement and IPO underwriting
• Closely liaising with research, trading team to provide products & services to clients; and facilitate IBD/ECM on capital market transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of institutional sales experience in the financial industry with existing international client base;
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with SFC rules and regulations in relation to company business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
