Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Equity Sales Trader to manage and grow relationships with institutional and HNI clients, drive equity trading volumes and deliver high-quality execution and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with Institutional, HNI, Family Office, PMS and AIF clients.
• Drive trading volumes, revenue and wallet share through active client engagement.
• Execute equity trades efficiently while ensuring timely and accurate order execution.
• Share relevant market updates, trade ideas and research insights with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client network.
• Work closely with Research, Dealing, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams.
• Monitor market trends, liquidity, corporate developments and key market events.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal risk guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in Equity Sales Trading, Institutional Equity Sales, Broking or Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of Indian equity markets, trade execution and market dynamics.
• Established relationships with institutional/HNI clients will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, client management and business development skills.
• Commercially driven with the ability to independently generate revenue and build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced market environment.
