ER Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage patient care, ensuring timely discharge from ER to IPD/OPD.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure smooth functioning of the emergency department.
• Ensure effective communication among team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, treatments, and discharges.
• Monitor patient flow and identify areas for improvement in the ER process.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in Bed Management, Floor Management, Patient Care.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergencies.
