Employee Relations

• Assist in the development of policies and procedures

• Support ER manager to handle grievance. Record, maintain, and provide report for grievance case properly

• Organizing company activities to employees (such as New Year Party, Sport Day and Travelling day)

• Disciplinary action with records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

• Provide practical advice and guidance to Superior, manage complicated and serious ER issues and advising up to dismissal, within an acceptable level of business risk and where necessary with approval from ER Manager or Site HR Business Partner

• Arrange employee Annual Health check up, physical examinations as per the company’s requirements, the meeting with the Welfare Committee, prepare reports and follow up

• Communicate with a wide variety of internal customers

• Manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner

• Support Ad-Hoc

Requires;

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Management, Business Administration and others)

• 5 years experiences in HR - Employee Relations or HRBP with demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and related laws, Happy Workplace is advantage

• Good in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Good initiating new activities, service mind with good attitude and high accountabilities

• Good in communication in both English and Thai
