• Cover human factors engineering-related fields, aiming to ensure efficiency and safety for operators during task execution, with the core objective of enhancing human well-being and overall system performance.
• Conduct multidimensional research, including cognition, physiology, biomechanics, human-machine interaction, and work analysis.
• Identify human and organizational factors risks in the workplace and propose practical risk mitigation solutions to management.
• Proactively predict potential risks by engaging early in manufacturing processes, optimizing tools and workflows to significantly improve industrial performance.
• Comply with and apply national laws and regulations related to ergonomics.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a full-time university program.
• Proficiency in English.
• Currently eligible for social recruitment (not a campus hire).
